May 2010 Pets Newsletter

Welcome Pet Lovers,

Did you know that our staff are constantly upgrading their knowledge in every area of Veterinary medicine to ensure your pet always receives the best possible care, whenever you need it.

For example, Macarthur Veterinary Group uses and recommends Royal Canin prescription diets.  This month the nurses are receiving a refresher course on the Royal Canin Obesity range of products.  These products which contain Joint Support and are high in protein, support your efforts to ensure your pet leads a full and active life.

We even offer a free Slim Fit program (similar to Weight Watchers) with your own personal trainer.  At the initial consultation your pet is weighed and their goal weight calculated, their ideal daily intake of food is then calculated based on their breed, sex and their current weight for an optimal weight loss of 1 – 3% per week.  Our support extends to fortnightly weigh-ins to keep your pet on the right path to their goal weight.

If your pet is a little too cuddly, or has lost that spark for play, why not call one of our specially trained nurses for a chat about how we can help you help your pet.  For the next month your pet will receive the gift of their choice with each purchase from the Royal Canin Obesity Management range.

Have a great month!
